Hematology Clinical Account Manager – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Serves as the main point of contact for customers in sales demand generation by implementing marketing strategies and promoting Sobi products.

• Delivers up-to-date and thorough clinical knowledge of Sobi’s offerings and effectively conveys the on-label clinical advantages of these products.

• Attains territory sales goals by executing the Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies, delivering branded sales messages to clients, and meeting or surpassing sales targets.

• Responsible for representing Sobi’s products and services to a designated customer base, driving sales growth, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales objectives.

• Develops and executes a territory business plan tailored to meet customer needs and fulfill sales targets.

• Prepares budget plans for customer interactions, local symposia, and other miscellaneous external expenses.

• Reports all adverse events to Sobi's Drug Safety department as required by established guidelines.

• Completes all necessary administrative tasks associated with the role, including timely reporting of call activities and customer information into the appropriate systems, submitting expenses, and more.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the designated territory.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or science.

• A minimum of 5 years of dedicated hospital sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries, with at least 3 years in specialty sales within these sectors.

• A Clinical Account Manager should possess at least 3 years of biologics sales experience utilizing a specialty pharmacy or 8 years of dedicated hospital sales experience.

• Familiarity with the transition of care/patient journey process from hospital to outpatient settings.

• Proven track record of high sales performance.

• Experience with single source pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary processes.

• Strong work ethic, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage time efficiently across a large designated area.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays, which may account for 40-50% of the time in certain instances.
