• Traveling within the designated territory to visit Dealers and Chrome Shops.
• Participating in trade shows.
• Implementing the business plan and sales strategy to ensure the achievement of corporate sales objectives and profitability.
• Joining weekly Sales and various meetings through phone or virtual platforms.
• Recording all Dealer interactions in the company CRM system within specified deadlines.
• Submitting all expense reports each month in a timely manner.
• Keeping dealer contact information updated in the company CRM system for direct mailing purposes.
• Scheduling planned activities on a shared calendar 30 days in advance.
• Traveling frequently by car and airplane to visit Dealers, Chrome Shops, Trade Shows, and other assigned events (some weekends may be required).
• Meeting targeted goals for designated sales channels and achieving monthly Dealer visit quotas.
• Addressing customer expectations to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintaining and presenting customer programs, policies, and promotional initiatives.
• Effectively training Accounts on all products available.
• High School diploma or GED is required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in dealership, customer, or client relationship management.
• Valid state-issued Driver’s License.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Concur, or other expense management systems.
• Capability to develop PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to address and resolve complaints.
• Skill in effectively presenting information and presentations to management and customers.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Competence in performing arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages, as well as to create and interpret graphs.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic business financial documents.
• Ability to solve practical problems effectively.
• Ability to interpret various instructions.
• Skill in overcoming customer objections and concerns.
