
Heavy Truck Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Traveling within the designated territory to meet with Dealers and Chrome Shops
• Participating in trade shows
• Implementing the business plan and sales strategy to achieve corporate sales objectives and profitability
• Attending weekly Sales and various Meetings through phone or virtual platforms
• Recording all Dealer calls in the company CRM system within specified deadlines
• Submitting all expense reports each month in a timely manner
• Keeping dealer contact information updated in the company CRM system for direct mailing purposes
• Organizing planned activities on the shared calendar 30 days in advance
• Traveling frequently by automobile and airplane to visit Dealers, Chrome Shops, Trade Shows, and assigned events (some weekends may be required)
• Meeting targeted goals for assigned sales channels and monthly Dealer visit requirements
• Addressing customer expectations to ensure their satisfaction
• Maintaining and presenting customer programs, policies, and promotional activities
• Effectively training Accounts on all products available
• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in dealership, customer, or client relationship management
• Valid state-issued Driver’s License
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Concur, or other expense management systems
• Capable of developing PowerPoint presentations
• Ability to respond effectively to customer complaints
• Skilled in presenting information and conducting presentations to management and customers
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English
• Competent in performing basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Able to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages, as well as draw and interpret graphs
• Capable of reading and understanding fundamental business financial documents
• Proficient in solving practical problems
• Able to interpret a variety of instructions
• Skilled in overcoming customer objections and concerns
