This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Plan, implement, and oversee unique lean manufacturing initiatives in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders, utilizing Mission Control and Microsoft Project scheduling tools.
• Interpret, comprehend, and execute projects in accordance with the specifications and scope outlined in the contract documents and the AEH Quality Management System (QMS).
• Exhibit strong and responsible leadership of internal teams and external vendors through effective communication, including kickoff and hyper-care meetings with documented agendas and meeting minutes.
• Identify, record, and manage engineering submittal approvals, change orders, risks, and opportunities in compliance with the QMS.
• Ensure continuous availability of materials and resources to align with production schedules and delivery commitments.
• Oversee and manage projects to address material shortages and maintain adherence to contracted schedules.
• Identify, record, and manage costs and expenditure timelines to authorize and execute projects within the established budget.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scheduler.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with exceptional Excel skills.
• Required experience with Microsoft Project scheduling; familiarity with Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) is a plus.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• PMP or CAPM Certification is desirable.
• Green Belt (or higher) lean Six-Sigma certification is preferred.
• Experience in LEAN Manufacturing is an advantage.
