Heavy Equipment Operator – Scraper

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Conduct daily inspections of machinery, checking fluids, wear parts, tires, glass, and overall condition of the equipment assigned for use.

• Immediately report any issues and maintenance needs.

• Operate machinery assigned in a SAFE and productive manner.

• Adapt to changes in the environment, including traffic, soil conditions, and weather.

• Utilize GPS systems and effectively read and interpret grade stakes and hubs for grade control and finishing tasks.

• Efficiently manage materials during excavating, loading, placing, grading, or utility installation activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operating heavy earthmoving equipment such as motor graders, scrapers, dozers, and excavators.

• At least 1 year of experience operating industry-specific equipment.

• Ability to engage effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, clients, contractors, and vendors.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential for understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and participating in team communications.
