
Hearing Representative, Workers' Compensation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Overseeing a substantial legal caseload related to Workers' Compensation
• Engaging with all parties pertinent to each case
• Participating in all hearings associated with cases
• Keeping detailed case notes
• Analyzing and assessing case documentation
• Potential travel to designated Workers Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) locations
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hearing Representative in Workers Compensation (Preferred)
• Familiarity with California Workers’ Compensation (Required)
• Basic understanding of the workers’ compensation framework, including EAMS, E-filing, and the AME/PQME process
• Strong attention to detail, with the capability to notice specifics on computer or other electronic displays
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively with minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Preferred)
• Skilled in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Outlook, and Teams
