This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Perform remote assessments, device fittings, and ongoing care for patients within your licensed state(s)
• Instruct and assist patients in maximizing their hearing technology
• Offer insights on new hearing care tools and processes that enhance the patient experience
• Work closely with our Sales Team to ensure a smooth patient journey
• Share clinical expertise with hear.com's global network, the largest independent audiology network worldwide
• Active HIS license in CA, NY, PA, or TX with a minimum of 2 years of fitting experience
• HIS candidates must have successfully completed the International Licensing Exam (ILE) administered by the International Hearing Society (IHS)
• A patient-centric attitude: empathetic, communicative, and genuinely committed to results
• Ability to work independently while managing your own schedule and caseload
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to collaborate across teams in a dynamic environment
• Reliable home internet connection: hardwired required (100+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload)
• Openness to obtain licensure in additional states (all related expenses fully covered by hear.com)
