Healthcare Virtual Assistant – Psychiatry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Schedule appointments for patients and send reminders.

• Address patient inquiries through phone, email, and text communication.

• Deliver professional, compassionate, and prompt support to patients.

• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.

• Accurately manage and maintain patient records with confidentiality.

• Organize administrative documentation and streamline communication workflows.

• Compile medical research and prepare reports as necessary.

• Oversee email and text correspondence, including sorting, prioritizing, responding, and distributing newsletters.

• Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance coverage.

• Provide billing assistance and support with medical invoicing.

• Assist with healthcare administrative and operational workflows as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a medical administrative, healthcare support, or virtual assistant position.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Professional and patient-centered communication approach.

• Ability to work autonomously while upholding accuracy and professionalism.

• Keen attention to detail and confidentiality in managing patient information.

• Competent in handling multiple administrative tasks in a remote setting.

• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems, ideally Kareo Clinical.

• Experience in medical billing and insurance verification.

• Knowledge of healthcare administrative workflows and patient coordination.

• Customer-service-oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.
