Healthcare Technical Consulting Associate – Clinical Subject Matter Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare, technical, and project management consultants to ensure the smooth integration, data migration, and system performance of the MEDITECH system.

• Utilize technical expertise to enhance the systems’ functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial performance.

• Offer guidance and recommendations on system applications, contributing suggestions and engaging in discussions regarding operational and technological improvements.

• Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancements to boost efficiency and user satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with MEDITECH systems in hospitals and health systems.

• Must be recognized as a MEDITECH Clinical Subject Matter Expert.

• Experience in building and designing in the following clinical areas: PCS/Nursing, OM, ED, Clinical Ambulatory, and SUR.

• Willingness and ability to travel as needed; however, high-level services may also be provided remotely.

• Current permanent U.S. work authorization is required.

• An undergraduate degree (e.g., BA, BS) with a preference for an RN license.

• MEDITECH certifications are preferred.
