This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for designated healthcare positions, encompassing intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
• Create and publish job advertisements on various job boards, career platforms, and professional networks.
• Identify both passive and active candidates utilizing LinkedIn, resume databases, referrals, professional associations, and healthcare-specific recruitment channels.
• Hold intake discussions with hiring managers to grasp position requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers regarding market insights, recruitment timelines, and candidate availability.
• Present suitable candidates and facilitate the interview and selection process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and perform initial screenings.
• Organize interviews, assessments, and subsequent communications.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, employment laws, and company policies.
• Keep accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Assist with background checks, credential verification, and onboarding processes as necessary.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and sourcing efficiency.
• Provide weekly updates and status reports to HR leadership and hiring managers.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for both clinical and non-clinical positions, including RNs, MAs, technicians, and administrative personnel.
• Exceptional sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume requisition loads in a dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, or Greenhouse (preferred).
• Knowledge of credentialing and healthcare compliance standards (preferred).
• Experience in recruiting for multi-state or multi-site healthcare organizations (preferred).
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Capacity to meet stringent deadlines.
• Proficient in building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Adaptable and comfortable working independently under contract terms.
• Capability to work at a computer terminal for 6–8 hours daily.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
