
Healthcare Staffing Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +7 more states.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and ongoing staffing requirements.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships by understanding staffing trends, workforce needs, and long-term objectives.
• Collaborate with clients to identify contract openings, staffing needs, and cross-selling opportunities; prepare and present proposals, quotes, and service information.
• Conduct demand forecasting using historical data and market insights to align staffing resources with clients’ objectives and service level agreements.
• Negotiate client billing rates and contract terms while ensuring prompt follow-up on open orders.
• Work alongside the Sales team on larger opportunities and account strategies to enhance market share.
• Partner with Recruiting, Credentialing, Compliance, Housing/Travel, and Billing teams to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requests, appropriate logistics, compliance standards, accurate invoicing, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Staffing team to prioritize client orders.
• Identify, present, and onboard qualified candidates; facilitate interviews and gather client feedback.
• Ensure that staffing requests are met within agreed timelines and service levels.
• Offer guidance and support to assigned staff to ensure they meet client expectations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of placed staff, proactively addressing issues to maintain high service quality.
• Resolve client concerns swiftly while maintaining the company's standards of excellence.
• Establish and monitor client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (e.g., fill rate, time-to-fill, retention, response times) to ensure alignment and mutual success.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients, integrating KPIs, spend analysis, and workforce planning discussions.
• Prepare and deliver consistent performance reports, updates, and staffing metrics to clients and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on client feedback and operational data to enhance service quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, pay rates, and regulatory changes to inform staffing strategies.
• Accurately document client interactions, job details, and orders in internal systems, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Meet or exceed activity goals, performance metrics, sales quotas, and revenue targets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 1 year (preferably 2 years) of relevant experience in account management or customer success, ideally in healthcare staffing or home healthcare environments.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets or customer retention goals.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing accounts and sales activities.
• Familiarity with community resources and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting while managing multiple client accounts.
• Strong customer focus with a proactive approach to client success.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and staffing management software.
• Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
