Healthcare Specialist, USRN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Site CSR is mainly tasked with making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from healthcare providers to address inquiries regarding participation requirements, offer assistance with registration and login, facilitate assessment completion, and respond to questions concerning scoring results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid PRC and USRN License with a minimum of 2 years of bedside experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Triage phone handling.

• Preferably possesses experience in ER / OR / Medical Surgical / UR / UM / Triage / ICU / Hemodialysis.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with facility personnel and providers in a professional manner.

• Strong knowledge of the Healthcare or Medical domain.

• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including night and graveyard shifts.

• Availability to work during holidays and weekends.

• Ability to start as soon as possible.
