This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conducting outbound communications with healthcare providers.

• Handling incoming calls from healthcare professionals to address inquiries.

• Providing assistance with registration and login, completing assessments, and addressing questions about scoring results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid PRC License.

• Minimum of 2 years of bedside or clinical experience required.

• Preferably has at least 6 months of experience in a BPO healthcare account.

• Exceptional communication skills are essential.
