Healthcare Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assists in the sales and implementation of designated technical or intricate products, services, and solutions.

• Tasked with demonstrating a thorough understanding of the technical elements of our company's offerings and their integration into customer operations.

• Instills customer confidence in our technical solutions and addresses any technical objections or concerns from potential clients throughout the sales process.

• Functional duties may encompass pre-proposal discussions with prospective clients, either in person or via conference calls, crafting and delivering tailored client proposals, demonstrations, and presentations, offering consultation on technical sales strategies for clients, aiding in proposal preparation, providing pricing recommendations, implementation support, and training the sales team on product technical specifics.

• The main emphasis of this position will be on healthcare receivables products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Generally, at least 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in selling multiple, complex integrated solutions to diverse customers.

• Proven background in consultative, solutions-oriented selling.

• Strong technical and analytical skills.

• Extensive knowledge of products and solutions in the primary responsibility area, as well as related products and solutions offered by other business units.

• Solid proficiency in demonstrating complex or software-based solutions.

• Skilled in collaborating effectively with various functional groups to create customer solutions.

• Excellent presentation, training, verbal, and written communication abilities.
