This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Identify, reach out to, and connect with healthcare institutions (hospitals, clinics, care homes).
• Educate potential clients about the platform and its advantages.
• Facilitate the onboarding and activation process within the marketplace.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Build relationships with decision-makers in health organizations.
• Consistently follow up with prospects to progress through the activation process.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and progress in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding.
• Meet and exceed activity and performance KPIs (calls, activations, follow-ups).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience (flexible to 1.5+ years for strong candidates).
• Experience in SaaS sales (mandatory).
• Proven track record in B2B sales, institution recruitment, or healthcare sales.
• Prior experience interacting with healthcare institutions or similar organizations (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, and follow-ups.
• Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Instantly AI, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a structured environment.
