This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.

📋 Description

• Conducting outbound calls to Medicare-eligible clients interested in various plan options.

• Aiding customers in connecting with a licensed sales representative in their region.

• Employing necessary questions from the script (not verbatim).

• Addressing caller objections with effective rebuttals.

• Clarifying benefits during the open enrollment period.

• Achieving transfer targets.

• Appropriately categorizing each call.

• Availability for weekend work is required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.

• Proficient in using desktop computer systems with a general understanding of Windows-based platforms.

• Preference for candidates with customer service and/or sales experience.

• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
