Healthcare Recruiter – US ABA Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Receive and assess incoming resumes and employment inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

• Evaluate resumes based on role specifications and create a shortlist of qualified candidates.

• Conduct telephone interviews to gauge candidates' experience, communication abilities, and overall fit.

• Advocate for the company and the role to candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience and encouraging them to join.

• Recommend suitable candidates to the hiring team and submit candidate groups within established deadlines.

• Facilitate the offer and hiring process, keeping candidates informed at every step.

• Oversee onboarding, which includes collecting and verifying new hire documentation and credentials.

• Accurately document candidate interactions and maintain current recruitment records in the system.

• Adhere to established recruitment processes while meeting quality and productivity standards.

• Provide assistance with administrative projects and other recruitment-related tasks as required.

• Proven experience in recruiting, with a solid understanding of assessing candidates and effectively presenting opportunities to them.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a friendly phone demeanor and clear English pronunciation.

• Personable, energetic, and approachable, with a positive outlook.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Basic computer proficiency and confidence in using MS Office and Outlook.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.

• Capable of following documented processes and achieving quality and productivity goals.

• Professional, discreet, and trustworthy when managing candidate information and credentials.

• Ambitious with a robust work ethic.

• Stable fiber internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download.

• Ability to support a wired Ethernet connection.

• Reliable power backup system for load shedding and power disruptions.

• Must reside in South Africa.

• Experience in ABA therapy is advantageous, including recruiting for or working in ABA, RBT, or BCBA roles.

• Previous experience in healthcare or healthcare staffing recruitment is a plus.

• Familiarity with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and onboarding or credentialing processes is beneficial.
