
Healthcare Recruiter – Nursing/Allied Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Develop and implement autonomous recruiting strategies to identify, assess (interview), and evaluate healthcare professionals according to the specific needs of clients.
• Responsible for building a network of potential healthcare professionals to achieve company objectives.
• Promote assignments to candidates by uncovering unexpressed needs and employing a consultative sales approach.
• Select candidates and present them to hiring managers based on their skills and relevant experience with the client.
• Negotiate compensation packages with candidates while ensuring an acceptable profit margin.
• Ensure that candidate files comply with both business and facility credentialing standards.
• Create strategies to explore new recruiting channels; leverage various tools (e.g., email campaigns, social media) to build relationships and broaden the candidate pool.
• Convert candidates into employees by collaborating closely with internal onboarding teams.
• Assist in resolving candidate inquiries promptly.
• Maintain a database (e.g., iCIMS) with precise candidate contact details, qualifications, and key selling points; document all interactions with candidates.
• Prepare weekly recruitment reports and undertake special recruiting projects as required.
• Achieve weekly productivity targets/goals.
• Perform all other assigned duties.
• Bachelor's degree, or four years of equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in supporting recruitment efforts for a large healthcare or hospital organization.
• Proven experience in developing recruitment processes and strategies.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare recruiting.
• Extensive knowledge of recruiting and employment regulations, policies, and practices (e.g., pay, interviews, onboarding, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using company databases.
• Strong familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media recruitment channels.
