Healthcare Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruiting lifecycle from initial intake to offer acceptance for nursing, physician, and allied health positions.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare organizations to identify staffing requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.

• Source and engage qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, digital marketing campaigns, and networking efforts.

• Evaluate, interview, and assess candidates for their skills, cultural compatibility, and credentialing needs.

• Prepare and deliver candidate submissions to clients in a polished and professional manner.

• Organize interview schedules, gather feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations between candidates and clients.

• Keep accurate records of candidate and client information in ATS systems.

• Provide clients with market insights, recruitment strategies, and updates on the talent pipeline.

• Achieve and surpass recruiting KPIs and placement goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience with a significant emphasis on healthcare (nurses, physicians, allied health, or clinical staff).

• Proven success in managing high-volume pipelines and filling challenging positions.

• Familiarity with credentialing, licensing, and compliance requirements in the healthcare sector.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and various job boards.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
