Healthcare Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage qualified allied healthcare professionals through various channels such as job boards, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.

• Evaluate resumes and conduct preliminary interviews with candidates to determine their qualifications and suitability for the role.

• Organize and facilitate interviews between candidates and account managers or hiring teams.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of allied healthcare positions and credentialing standards.

• Verify certifications, licenses, and other necessary pre-employment documentation as required.

• Oversee applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and current candidate records.

• Assist with offer management, negotiations, and the coordination of the onboarding process.

• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified allied healthcare talent.

• Communicate effectively with account managers to ensure alignment on recruitment priorities and hiring requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare or allied health recruitment.

• Comprehensive understanding of allied healthcare specialties, including: Radiology Technologists (MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound).

• Cath Lab Technicians.

• Respiratory Therapists.

• Clinical Laboratory Professionals.

• Pharmacists.

• Therapists (Physical, Occupational, Speech).

• Healthcare Social Workers and related roles.

• Proficiency in working with ATS systems.

• Strong skills in sourcing and headhunting.

• Exceptional communication and coordination skills.

• Capability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Ability to operate independently in a remote setting.

• Familiarity with US healthcare staffing processes.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management.
