This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify, recruit, and build a pipeline of qualified Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs), and Nurse Practitioners for various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, home health agencies, and telehealth organizations.
• Leverage a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, internal databases, and direct outreach to find potential candidates.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' clinical backgrounds, licensure status, work authorization, availability, and cultural compatibility.
• Present detailed candidate profiles to hiring managers and clients promptly.
• Organize interviews, handle candidate communications, and assist applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Aid in credentialing and compliance efforts, including license verification, background checks, and employment documentation.
• Keep accurate records in ATS/CRM systems and monitor recruiting metrics.
• Develop long-term talent pipelines for ongoing nursing and advanced practice requirements.
• Stay updated on U.S. healthcare hiring trends, state licensure regulations, and market compensation standards.
• Provide a professional, ethical, and compliant recruiting experience in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting U.S. healthcare professionals, particularly nurses and/or advanced practice providers.
• Proven track record of successfully placing RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and Nurse Practitioners.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare staffing models and credentialing processes.
• Experience in sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and proactive outreach.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple open positions in a dynamic environment.
• Keen attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
• Proficient in using ATS platforms and recruiting databases.
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours.
