Healthcare Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Become an integral part of our vibrant team by taking on the role of Relationship Manager/Recruiter in our healthcare staffing sector.

• Cultivate relationships with skilled clinical professionals.

• Assist in placing these professionals in assignments across hospitals nationwide.

• Identify, qualify, and recruit clinical professionals through outbound calls, messaging, and social media outreach.

• Screen and recruit healthcare professionals utilizing leads from tele-recruiting and our company databases.

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify and source talented healthcare clinicians.

• Engage in outreach through outgoing calls and text messages.

• Establish and nurture professional relationships with healthcare clinicians.

• Negotiate contract terms and compensation packages with clinicians.

• Serve as the primary liaison between clinicians and Ingenovis Health.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• 1-2+ years of sales experience with a documented history of surpassing sales targets.

• Strong familiarity with job boards, research tools, and social media is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong skills in ATS and technology.

• Self-motivated with exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and interpersonal abilities within a service-oriented environment.

• Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion.

• Experience in telephone-based inside sales is a plus.
