📋 Description

• Engage and Convert: Research potential candidates and respond to inquiries to transform prospects into interested applicants.

• Conduct Pre-Screening Interviews: Initiate contact and carry out preliminary interviews to assess candidates.

• Evaluate Candidates: Analyze, qualify, and disqualify applicants based on their fit for the role.

• Build Networks: Create and sustain networks to generate referrals for potential candidates.

• Negotiate and Close: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including extending job offers and finalizing agreements with candidates.

• Fill Positions Efficiently: Operate effectively to promptly fill open positions.

• Over 2 years of experience in Travel Nurse and PRN recruitment.

• Ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals and cultivate meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients.

• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on client and nurse-centered approaches.

• Strong interpersonal abilities and a talent for collaborating well within a team.

• Effective time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities.

• Capability to perform well under deadlines and pressure.

• A results-driven mindset with a strong desire for achievement.

• Active engagement on LinkedIn and Facebook, along with knowledge of effective marketing strategies to attract top talent and promote job openings.

• Leverage your skills to source and select talent through innovative methods while staying current with the latest trends in the nursing recruitment sector.

• Proven experience managing a full desk, encompassing sourcing, submissions, and client relations.

• A history of receiving awards or recognition for exceptional performance, or holding certifications that set you apart in the nurse recruitment field.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
