This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with team leaders and management to anticipate and strategize key staffing initiatives.

• Partner with hiring managers and interview panels to define job requirements and evaluate candidates based on relevant criteria.

• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers, business executives, HR Business Partners, and sources of employee referrals.

• Execute the full life-cycle recruiting process to achieve staffing objectives.

• Organize and participate in recruitment fairs, trade shows, and open-house events to showcase career opportunities.

• Engage in staffing activities and contribute to cross-functional projects.

• Monitor and report on staffing metrics for the designated portfolio.

• Ensure adherence to weekly and monthly time-management schedules.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
