This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Develop and execute independent recruiting strategies to attract, screen (interview), and assess healthcare professionals according to the specific needs of clients.
• Responsible for building a network of potential healthcare workers to achieve company objectives.
• Promote assignments to candidates by uncovering unexpressed needs and employing a consultative sales methodology.
• Select candidates and present them to hiring managers based on their skills and relevant background knowledge of the client.
• Negotiate compensation packages with candidates while maintaining acceptable profit margins.
• Ensure that candidate files comply with both business and facility credentialing standards.
• Formulate strategies to explore new recruitment avenues; leverage a range of tools (e.g., email campaigns, social media) to build relationships and broaden the candidate pool.
• Transition candidates into employees by collaborating closely with internal onboarding teams.
• Facilitate the timely resolution of candidate inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain an accurate database (e.g., iCIMS) that includes candidate contact details, qualifications, and selling points; ensure all communications with candidates are documented.
• Generate weekly recruitment reports and undertake special recruiting projects as necessary.
• Achieve weekly productivity metrics/goals. Perform all other assigned duties.
• Bachelor’s degree, or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in supporting recruitment for a large healthcare or hospital system.
• Proven experience in developing recruitment processes and strategies.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare recruiting.
• In-depth understanding of recruiting and employment regulations, policies, and practices (e.g., pay, interviews, onboarding, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with using the company database.
• Strong familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media recruitment platforms.
