This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for identifying, vetting, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals for temporary assignments.
• Employing exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively present job opportunities, including details on hospital assignments, locations, compensation, and benefits to both prospective and existing clients.
• Informing potential candidates about the personal and professional advantages of pursuing a travel healthcare career.
• Fostering enduring relationships with healthcare professionals by delivering outstanding customer service throughout each assignment.
• Expanding the pool of healthcare professionals on assignment and under your supervision by achieving and surpassing monthly recruitment targets.
• A minimum of 2+ years of proven success in a sales, account management, client service, staffing, or metrics-driven role.
• A college degree is preferred, ideally focusing on business, sales, communication, hospitality, or a related field.
• Must be competitive, confident, and a proactive go-getter.
• A smart, critical thinker with strong negotiation abilities.
