Healthcare Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Provide leadership and design guidance for healthcare initiatives

• Oversee all facets of planning, design, and documentation

• Conduct assessments of existing conditions and manage engineer coordination

• Perform research on zoning and building codes

• Create master plan alternatives and effectively communicate concepts

⛳️ Requirements

• Registration as an Architect is strongly preferred

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare programming, planning, or design

• Proficient in developing facility programs and design solutions

• Preferred certifications include ACHA, LEED AP, and EDAC
