Healthcare Physician Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and operate your own dedicated recruiting desk.

• Perform full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to candidate presentation and placement.

• Actively seek out physicians, travel nurses, and medical sales professionals through direct outreach, networking, and job platforms.

• Create and sustain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Carry out candidate screenings, credential verifications, and qualification assessments.

• Organize interviews and provide assistance with offer negotiations and placements.

• Keep accurate records in the company’s ATS and recruiting systems.

• Foster long-term relationships with healthcare professionals for ongoing placements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record in recruiting healthcare professionals: Physicians, Travel Nurses, Medical Sales.

• Demonstrated capability to independently source and headhunt candidates (leads will not be provided).

• Comfortable managing a full recruiting desk in a commission-only setting.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and candidate engagement skills.

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work entirely remotely.

• Proficient in using LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms.

• Must reside in the USA.
