Healthcare Operations Specialist, EHR, AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Execute structured tasks within healthcare applications and digital processes.

• Collaborate with platforms including Epic, MyChart, Meditech, Athena, CoverMyMeds, 3M CodeFinder, HealthEquity, and Lifeline.

• Analyze AI-generated actions and outputs to ensure accuracy and realism.

• Utilize practical knowledge of patient records, documentation, billing, coding, and prior authorization workflows.

• Identify system interactions that are incorrect, incomplete, or unrealistic.

• Provide comprehensive annotations and structured feedback in line with project guidelines.

• Evaluate whether workflows accurately represent real-world healthcare operations and system usage.

• Work in conjunction with the project team and integrate feedback as necessary.

• Complete assigned tasks in accordance with established quality standards and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration, clinical documentation, medical billing/coding, or a related healthcare field.

• Direct professional experience with at least one EHR or healthcare platform such as Epic, Meditech, Athena, MyChart, or CoverMyMeds.

• Strong comprehension of healthcare workflows including patient records, billing cycles, coding, prior authorizations, or clinical documentation.

• Capability to assess the accuracy and practical realism of healthcare system workflows.

• Experience in handling structured healthcare data or digital patient-management systems.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
