Healthcare Open Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Exhibit extensive knowledge of clients’ plan provisions and Health and Welfare benefit enrollment.

• Support participants through a concierge service model, addressing inquiries from start to finish.

• Deliver high-quality, proactive service and handle inbound inquiries promptly.

• Keep participants informed about the status of their cases throughout the entire process.

• Ensure an excellent participant experience while managing inquiries from start to finish.

• Oversee both open and new cases on a daily basis.

• Interact with employees and engage in conference calls with retirement providers, insurance companies, and/or client services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare open enrollment or a related field.

• Experience in open enrollment and working in a remote call center.

• In-depth understanding of client plan provisions and Health and Welfare benefit enrollment.

• Strong critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Capability to multitask effectively.

• Ability to take ownership of tasks.

• Proficient in working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
