Healthcare IT Consultant – m/w/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establishing connections with target customers, comprehending their needs and priorities, and working alongside the local field sales team to discover new business opportunities.

• Interacting with IT stakeholders in healthcare settings, fostering relationships with target customers, grasping their requirements and priorities, addressing and resolving any technical challenges, and devising a technical implementation strategy in collaboration with the MDT field team.

• Implementing digital solutions (hardware, software, connectivity, and integration into customer workflows) on-site at client locations.

• Recognizing implementation challenges, suggesting hardware/software alternatives, and delivering tailored solutions on-site.

• Validating deployed solutions through connectivity testing, print testing, data sharing assessments, and more.

• Providing guidance to customers on product-specific matters such as features, workflow enhancement, data integration, data protection, and cybersecurity.

• Facilitating product training sessions and device orientations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities when engaging with clinical staff and IT departments.

• Vocational training or a degree in IT, biomedical engineering, health sciences, or a related field, or clinical personnel with a strong interest in medical technology/IT.

• Fundamental understanding of IT infrastructure along with security and data protection standards in regulated environments.

• High level of self-organization and capability to work autonomously.

• Independent, methodical, and solution-focused working approach.

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• Valid Class B driving license and approximately 80% willingness to travel.
