This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establish and nurture relationships with prospective customers, gaining insight into their needs and objectives, while collaborating with the local sales team to uncover new business prospects.
• Interact with IT stakeholders in healthcare facilities, fostering relationships with target clients, understanding their requirements and priorities, addressing and resolving technical challenges, and formulating a technical implementation strategy alongside the MDT field team.
• Deploy digital solutions (including hardware, software, connectivity, and integration into the customer's operational procedures) at client sites.
• Recognize implementation challenges, suggest hardware/software alternatives, and execute tailored solutions on-site.
• Validate installed solutions through connectivity tests, print tests, data release evaluations, and more.
• Provide guidance to clients on product-related topics such as features, workflow enhancement, data integration, data protection, and cybersecurity.
• Facilitate product training sessions and device briefings.
• Forge and maintain partnerships with local country field teams as well as the Western European Patient Management organization and the Western European IT deployment team.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, particularly when engaging with clinical staff and IT departments.
• Educational background or degree in areas such as IT, biomedical engineering, health sciences, or equivalent qualifications — or clinical personnel with a strong interest in medical technology/IT.
• Fundamental knowledge of IT infrastructure, along with security and data protection standards in regulated settings.
• High level of self-organization and the capacity to work independently.
• Self-motivated, structured, and solution-focused approach to work.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Possession of a valid driver's license (Class B) and readiness to travel up to approximately 80% of the time.
