Healthcare IT Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Develop, sustain, and oversee documentation for healthcare applications, technical workflows, and operational procedures.

• Work collaboratively with healthcare subject matter experts, IT departments, and Community Connect teams to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of documentation.

• Create clear, concise, and user-friendly materials to facilitate system transitions and enhance workflow efficiency.

• Monitor project deliverables and timelines to ensure that milestones and deadlines are achieved.

• Foster strong internal and external relationships to promote collaboration and ensure project success.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in place of a degree.

• A solid understanding of healthcare applications and terminology related to healthcare networks.

• Familiarity with clinical and/or business workflows in a healthcare provider setting.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Keen attention to detail with a strong dedication to accuracy and quality.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver projects on schedule.

• Excellent time management skills with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Capability to establish strong professional relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
