Healthcare Executive – Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the executive's inbox with utmost discretion and professionalism.

• Compose refined and professional email responses that demonstrate advanced grammar and an executive-level tone.

• Deliver clear, concise, and well-structured reporting.

• Confidently pose clarifying questions when instructions or direction are unclear.

• Conduct organized research and prepare comparison briefs for executive assessment.

• Acquire a thorough understanding of AxisCare to ensure data integrity and facilitate report extraction.

• Monitor call logs, coordinate communications, and track follow-ups through RingCentral.

• Organize and manage internal meetings utilizing Microsoft Teams, including taking and structuring meeting minutes.

• Maintain executive dashboards in Excel and oversee milestone tracking and relationship reminders.

• Structure and prioritize the executive's calendar effectively.

• Demonstrated maturity, sound common sense, and professional judgment.

• Outstanding organizational abilities and a structured, process-oriented approach.

• Proven advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English, including grammar and an executive-level tone.

• Strong critical thinking skills, emotional intelligence, and discretion.

• Experience in learning, managing, and supporting operational integration within CRM systems (AxisCare, WellSky, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) as well as communication platforms (RingCentral, Teams, etc.).

• Capacity to operate at an executive level, demonstrating independent and rapid thinking without requiring guidance.
