This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Increase market share and ensure profitable retention by establishing strong connections with customer stakeholders, enabling effective negotiations and coordinating global sales strategies through a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Manage client relationships by fostering strong connections with senior decision-makers at Healthcare’s largest enterprise customers, positioning oneself as a trusted advisor who helps clients realize value from UPS’s capabilities while overseeing contract compliance and the renewal process.
• Propel market growth by expanding market share across all service modes—package, global freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution—leading to global premium growth across trade lanes. Identify declining and gaining sectors to foster future growth.
• Broaden the portfolio by utilizing UPS’s complete range of services to satisfy diverse and evolving customer demands, thereby enhancing share of wallet across accounts. Collaborate across business units to provide integrated solutions and boost modal and operational efficiency.
• Achieve results by meeting your revenue, volume, and retention targets through the implementation of a clear and focused sales plan while enhancing profitability and operating margins. Utilize UPS’s leading-edge innovations to create robust QVPs and WIN MORE!
• A minimum of 5 years of successful sales and territory management experience.
• Proficient negotiation skills, including familiarity with Selling2Succeed, Challenger, and SSN methodologies.
• Availability for flexible working hours alongside global UPS counterparts and customers with offices in various geographical regions.
• Willingness to travel and engage with customers as needed.
• A multi-skilled professional with demonstrated organizational abilities is essential.
• Possess accountability by having a clear understanding of objectives and driving towards those goals.
• Proven ability to develop strategic sales plans and negotiate effectively under pressure.
• Experience in Business-to-Business or Business-to-Consumer sales, or prior roles in UPS management or customer-facing positions.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
