This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
β’ Responsible for overseeing a Product Collection Program at a customer site as part of the recycling initiative.
β’ Prioritizes health and safety by following policies and procedures while maintaining safe practices consistently.
β’ Delivers inspection services to clients, which includes collecting bin inspections, gathering data through a mobile app, packaging full containers for shipment, and performing various facility inspections as required.
β’ Prepares and submits weekly reports via a mobile app that detail activities and collaborates with the client to enhance program efficiencies.
β’ Manages project billing and cost tracking operations as necessary.
β’ Keeps an inventory of supplies needed for inspections.
β’ Obtains and maintains credentials to provide services at client locations.
β’ Completes all required training provided by Arcwood.
β’ Offers assistance to customers during off-hours as needed.
β’ Takes on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team and the organization.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
β’ Previous work experience (essential); experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
β’ Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation for travel between customer sites (required).
