Healthcare Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Evaluate healthcare and operational data to assist with reporting, validation, troubleshooting, and informed decision-making.

• Facilitate data mapping, conduct data quality assessments, and perform reconciliation across both internal and external systems.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to establish data requirements, reporting necessities, and analytical outputs.

• Develop queries, reports, dashboards, and data summaries to enhance program visibility and operational insights.

• Aid in validating data transformations, interface outputs, and results from data exchanges.

• Document data definitions, rules, assumptions, and quality considerations meticulously.

• Detect trends, anomalies, and issues within data sets, communicating findings effectively to stakeholders.

• Assist in user acceptance, defect triage, and testing activities where data validation is necessary.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure data integrity throughout releases and workflows.

• Contribute to the maintenance of repeatable analysis methodologies and reporting processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or similar roles.

• Proficient in SQL with experience handling relational data sources.

• Background in analyzing healthcare, operational, or enterprise data in complex environments.

• Capability to interpret business requirements and translate them into analytical deliverables.

• Familiarity with data quality assessment, reconciliation, and validation methods.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for both technical and business audiences.

• Experience with reporting, dashboard, or data visualization tools.

• Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Public Health, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Eligibility to obtain a Government clearance.
