This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver informed responses to basic client inquiries and escalate more complex issues.
• Resolve client challenges, update account records, and follow up to ensure issues are addressed.
• Comply with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieve production goals.
• Partner with team members, management, and clients to address questions and concerns.
• Provide cross-training to new team members in customer service protocols.
• Assess and suggest improvements to existing procedures and workflows.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience in any field.
• Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on both written and verbal communication.
• Capability to comprehend your role within a team and identify relevant stakeholders.
• Willingness to work a designated 8.5-hour shift from Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm Eastern Time.
• Capacity to remain in a stationary position for long durations while utilizing a computer and telephone headset.
• Proficiency in operating standard office equipment, including computers, keyboards, mice, and telephones.
