Healthcare Consulting Manager – Revenue Cycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement best practices in revenue cycle management, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards while enhancing overall efficiency.

• Evaluate and optimize billing, coding, and collections processes to boost financial performance and minimize revenue loss for hospitals and health systems.

• Oversee complex, multi-faceted projects and provide guidance to junior team members.

• Utilize data analysis to drive performance improvements and organizational changes.

• Work collaboratively with team members and clients to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Effectively communicate with project teams and stakeholders.

• Mentor and develop team members through training, supervision, and constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in project leadership and workplan management within a consulting firm, with a focus on hospital or physician revenue cycle, denials management, or patient access services.

• Ability to travel as required by client, enterprise, or project needs is a fundamental aspect of this role. Although travel demands may fluctuate based on business conditions, the average travel within the Healthcare practice is currently less than 50% annually.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• US Work Authorization is required.
