Healthcare Consulting Manager – Clinical Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate multi-workstream projects while managing junior team members.

• Assess data to drive performance enhancements and facilitate organizational change.

• Work collaboratively with team members and clients to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Effectively communicate with project teams and stakeholders.

• Mentor and develop team members through training, guidance, and constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in project leadership and workplan management within the clinical enterprise.

• Experience in healthcare operations or hospital department leadership, particularly in areas such as process re-engineering, performance improvement, change management, department operations, value-based care, or physician integration.

• Proven track record in project leadership and complex design and implementation management within a consulting firm, with a focus on enhancing care coordination, ensuring consistency, and minimizing length of stay and readmissions.

• Willingness to travel as required by client, enterprise, or project demands is a crucial aspect of this role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• US Work Authorization is a prerequisite.
