This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Lead and oversee teams in intricate performance enhancement projects.
• Manage project budgets, invoicing, and billing while ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
• Utilize analytical and critical thinking skills to measure benefits, assess risks, and devise performance improvement strategies.
• Comprehend client challenges, develop tailored solutions, manage expectations, and deliver presentations and proposals.
• Foster strong client relationships and guide change processes within complex environments.
• Lead and nurture teams through defining roles, building cohesion, coaching, mentoring, and managing performance.
• Identify opportunities for business development.
• Design and execute intricate, sustainable healthcare consulting solutions focused on enhancing patient experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Over 8 years of experience in healthcare consulting, hospital operations, or performance improvement.
• Proven leadership in process redesign, change management, operational transformation, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex healthcare consulting projects and implementation efforts aimed at improving patient experience.
• Knowledge of patient experience measurement methodologies, including CAHPS.
• Experience with patient experience analytics and understanding of key drivers of consumer experience across inpatient, emergency department, medical group, support services, and payer settings.
• Familiarity with complex healthcare delivery systems and performance improvement opportunities, such as access, throughput, care progression, care coordination, quality and safety, reducing length of stay, and minimizing readmissions.
• Capability to lead, coach, and develop individuals and teams.
• Ability to independently facilitate training and educational programs for clinical and non-clinical leaders in various settings, including one-on-one, small-group, and large-group formats.
• Willingness to travel based on client, enterprise, or project requirements; the current average travel for Healthcare practice is less than 50% annually.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• US Work Authorization is mandatory.
• Experience in a matrixed organization or cross-functional team environment is preferred.
