Healthcare Consulting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Evaluate both quantitative and qualitative data, then relay synthesized findings to senior internal team members to guide client deliverables.

• Collaborate with internal team members throughout projects, which includes presenting key insights, providing project updates, and managing project logistics.

• Work with colleagues within the industry group to create innovative, leading-edge methodologies for clients.

• Attend regular client meetings to pinpoint and assess key metrics for both internal and client leadership teams.

• Engage with various healthcare consulting clients and projects of differing lengths and sizes.

• Take part in team culture initiatives and social activities.

• Develop and implement effective processes and strategies for clients in healthcare organizations.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Solid academic performance in your chosen degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• U.S. work authorization is mandatory.

• Willingness and capacity to travel to client locations as dictated by project and client requirements.

• Current resume is necessary.

• Unofficial transcript is required.
