This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Evaluate claims, engagement, and health outcomes data to derive actionable insights.
• Recognize utilization patterns, care gaps, and opportunities for cost reduction.
• Prepare executive summaries, performance dashboards, and strategic reports.
• Develop presentations, educational materials, and policy summaries tailored for varied audiences.
• Compose executive briefings intended for senior federal leadership.
• Convert complex clinical, insurance, and programmatic concepts into language accessible to members.
• Design and execute health initiatives, fitness challenges, and educational workshops.
• Collaborate with FEP Group Consultants and visit government agencies throughout North Carolina.
• Oversee multiple projects and deliverables concurrently.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks, communications, and program deliverables.
• Present educational sessions and deliver presentations both in-person and virtually.
• Travel 75% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree where applicable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in a related field may be considered a substitute for a degree.
• Open to residents of North Carolina exclusively.
• Preferably experienced in population health and wellness programming.
• A background in clinical or health education is preferred.
• Familiarity with USPSTF and CDC preventive care guidelines is preferred.
• Knowledge of chronic disease management is preferred.
• RN/LPN designation is an advantage.
• Strong project management skills; PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to deliver executive-level presentations and articulate written reports clearly.
• Ability to simplify clinical and insurance concepts for member understanding.
• Strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Understanding of benefits and insurance products.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
