Healthcare Concierge Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Place 50-60 outbound calls daily to potential new patients.

• Assist new patients with the onboarding process, addressing any concerns or objections that arise.

• Clearly convey intricate billing and insurance details to families.

• Handle rejections and challenging conversations with potential clients with professionalism.

• Ensure patients complete essential post-call activities, such as reviewing consent forms or uploading diagnostic information.

• Create feedback channels to keep the Product and Engineering teams informed about technical issues or bugs.

• Use CRM or sales software effectively.

• Work autonomously to achieve sales goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in phone sales or telemarketing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

• Proven track record of managing workload and meeting sales targets.

• Familiarity with CRM or sales software, telephony or customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk), and collaboration tools such as Google Suite and Slack.

• Must be willing to work fully remotely within the US time zone.
