Healthcare Concierge, Care Partner – Video

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of facilities, acting as the designated Primary or Secondary Care Partner for a group of Assisted Living communities located in California.

• Oversee the outbound workflow by processing a daily queue of callbacks, follow-ups, confirmations, and proactive outreach related to your facilities.

• Conduct medication reconciliation using AI assistance. Review and reconcile medication records with the help of AI tools, applying your pharmacy expertise to identify drug interactions, dosage issues, and discrepancies for the clinical teams.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date census data for facilities across AllCare's systems.

• Confirm provider schedules (Primary Care, Psych, Podiatry, Diagnostics) directly with facility contacts to ensure alignment.

• Manage outbound communication with pharmacies, including handling patient documents, coordinating delivery, and updating cycles on behalf of facilities. Your knowledge of pharmacy processes will be beneficial here.

• Engage in outreach to facilities and families by following up on tasks generated by the AI Concierge, resolving outstanding issues, and proactively checking in with administrators.

• Collaborate across AllCare by working with Routing, Clinic, and the Launch Lead team to ensure that every request is assigned and completed on time.

• Use sound judgment to escalate issues as needed, recognizing when to resolve matters independently, involve your Lead, or consult the Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• A B.Pharm or PharmD degree from a recognized university in Egypt.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in community pharmacy, clinical pharmacy, pharmaceutical customer service, or healthcare BPO with a US focus. New graduates with excellent English skills and a customer-oriented approach will also be considered.

• Proficient in written and spoken English, with a preference for a neutral accent; clarity and warmth are essential.

• Availability and willingness to work during US Pacific Time hours.

• Adherence to the US holiday calendar. This team observes US federal holidays, not Egyptian ones. You will work during Egyptian public holidays unless they coincide with US holidays, and you will have time off during US holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and similar).

• Strong proficiency with modern tools such as CRM systems, task management, and communication platforms, along with an AI-forward mindset. Care Partners interact with AI on a daily basis.

• Detail-oriented, disciplined in processes, and able to maintain composure under pressure.

• A stable home internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a dedicated laptop setup suitable for remote voice work are required.

• Must be based in Egypt with valid work authorization.
