This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research to discover healthcare markets that have the potential for patient and referral growth.
• Compile lists of targeted healthcare organizations, providers, clinics, practices, and other referral sources within key markets.
• Identify market segments and organizations that align with Insight’s services, payer mix, clinical strengths, and growth objectives.
• Research organizations to pinpoint suitable decision-makers and referral contacts.
• Rank markets and accounts based on opportunity, compatibility, and potential referral volume.
• Detect gaps in current referral coverage and explore opportunities to broaden the referral network.
• Monitor market activities, competitive insights, and emerging partnership prospects.
• Engage in ongoing outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other suitable channels.
• Create tailored outreach strategies.
• Begin discussions with healthcare providers, clinic leaders, practice managers, behavioral health organizations, and other referral sources.
• Carry out initial discovery conversations to understand needs, referral patterns, and potential compatibility.
• Arrange qualified conversations and partnership possibilities.
• Reconnect with previously engaged prospects.
• Present prospective partners with Insight Therapy Solutions and its offerings.
• Clearly and professionally articulate the value of Insight’s services.
• Cultivate relationships with potential referral partners from initial contact to activation.
• Identify opportunities for ongoing referral partnerships.
• Maintain consistent follow-up during partnership development.
• Assist in activating new referral partners by coordinating next steps with internal teams.
• Keep an organized pipeline of target accounts and partnership prospects.
• Document outreach efforts, contacts, discussions, next steps, and results in the CRM.
• Ensure account and contact information is up to date.
• Track opportunities from prospecting up to partnership activation.
• Utilize CRM data to manage follow-up and prevent opportunities from becoming inactive.
• Provide regular updates on outreach activities, meetings, new opportunities, and partnership progress.
• Identify trends in outreach responses, referral needs, market demand, and partnership challenges.
• Share insights with Marketing and leadership to enhance targeting, messaging, and market strategy.
• Discover new organizations, referral channels, and market segments.
• Offer feedback on effective outreach messages and strategies.
• Assist in enhancing Insight’s market positioning and referral proposition.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales development, healthcare outreach, partnership development, recruiting, account development, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
• Excellent research skills with the ability to identify target organizations and decision-makers.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and sending personalized emails and outreach through various channels.
• Strong habits in follow-up and pipeline management.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Ability to learn about healthcare services and effectively communicate them to prospective partners.
• Experience using a CRM or similar system to manage prospects and activities.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, mental health, telehealth, or a similar healthcare services environment.
• Preferred: Experience in developing relationships with physicians, therapists, clinics, hospitals, or healthcare referrals.
• Preferred: Experience in conducting market or territory research.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
• Preferred: Knowledge of various channel prospecting and other B2B prospecting tools.
• Preferred: Experience working towards activity, meeting, pipeline, referral, or revenue targets.
