This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee billing denials and pursue outstanding claims.
• Monitor and follow up on insurance authorizations.
• Access insurance and MCO portals for tasks related to authorization and billing.
• Follow up on the status of insurance claims and payments.
• Ensure timely completion of authorizations following assessments and track them through the approval process.
• Maintain precise records, documentation, and task management.
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments as necessary.
• Conduct patient intake processes effectively.
• Manage incoming phone calls and respond appropriately.
• Execute front desk and receptionist responsibilities.
• Communicate with patients in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Potentially handle patient calls and complete intakes independently after training.
• Manage credentialing and insurance enrollment processes.
• Upload and process information within healthcare systems and platforms.
• Oversee email inboxes and calendars efficiently.
• Coordinate administrative tasks and provide office support.
• Consistently adhere to established SOPs, workflows, and internal processes.
• Provide daily accountability updates and end-of-day reports.
• Assist in general healthcare administrative operations.
• Schedule and publish social media content.
• Aid in event planning and coordination.
• Support marketing and lead generation initiatives.
• Conduct pre-assessment patient interviews; collect patient information prior to clinician evaluations; assist with the preparation of clinical documentation; support diagnostic workflow processes; create clinical documentation from completed assessments; assist with behavioral health treatment planning workflows.
• Previous experience in healthcare administration is essential.
• Experience in the behavioral health or mental health industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical billing, billing denials, and claims follow-up is required.
• Knowledge of insurance authorizations and credentialing processes is necessary.
• Comfortable navigating healthcare systems, insurance portals, and various software platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Highly reliable, dependable, and consistent in performance.
• Demonstrates accountability and ownership in responsibilities.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and with minimal oversight.

• Must be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory].
