Healthcare Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Assume complete responsibility for the development and management of relationships within each assigned facility to the Account Executive.

• Cultivate relationships with local facility "influencers," which may include but are not limited to the Administrator, Director of Nursing, and Medical Director in each facility.

• Promote TridentCare Services to designated facilities.

• Create and sustain territory coverage in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director (RSD) and coordinate efforts with the CSE.

• Address problem resolution to support the CSEs operating in the designated geography.

• Problem resolution may encompass the following:

• o On-site support for billing issues.

• o Various on-site training sessions.

• o General operational matters requiring on-site assistance.

• o Clinical concerns/issues necessitating on-site support.

• When suitable, facilitate TridentCare's responses (for customer-initiated issues) between the Sales Support Team (SST) and our clients.

• Attendance and participation in QA meetings is mandatory for those limited accounts assigned to the AE. The Account Executive will coordinate additional QA meeting attendance with the CSE for critical accounts. If QA attendance is unfeasible, the Account Executive is responsible for ensuring that the Administrator, Director of Nursing, and Medical Director receive electronic copies of their QA reports.

• Generate qualified leads for the CSE.

• Identify prospects utilizing all available resources and the SUGAR database.

• Significant travel is required as needed within the assigned territory, including daily account visits. A weekly and monthly call schedule will be approved by the RSD and coordinated with the CSE.

• Accurately and promptly report customer product experience issues through the appropriate channels.

• Act as a liaison between the customer and both external and internal TridentCare Operations.

• Monitor personnel changes within client facilities, and maintain accurate prospect and account files utilizing the SUGAR database and DDF system.

• Assist in gathering critical information for RFP responses.

• Conduct new facility set-ups in person.

• Review services for assigned clients, and as requested by the CSE.

• Collect and update competitive information.

• Attend industry conferences, regional meetings, and actively engage in local networking and professional events to foster customer relationships.

• Submit timely and comprehensive reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

• Establish a positive public image of the Company in all interactions with prospects, customers, colleagues, and competitors.

• Commit to professional development as appropriate.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of Sales, Marketing, or Clinical experience is required, ideally with at least one year of Sales experience.

• A general understanding of ROI selling is needed.

• Experience or familiarity with Long Term, skilled nursing or Medical Sales is preferred.

• A proven history of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred.

• A strong sense of urgency and a robust work ethic are essential.

• Basic computer skills are necessary.

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are crucial.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities are required.

• A high degree of initiative, creativity, and the capacity to meet deadlines while working with minimal supervision is essential.

• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are important.
