Health & Wellbeing Clinician 1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Engage with Medibank members to facilitate discussions regarding health and wellness.

• Conduct health screening evaluations through telehealth services.

• Assist and empower members in recognizing specific actions for their health and wellness.

• Inform members about relevant offerings from Amplar Health and Medibank.

• Perform outbound member engagement within a KPI-focused environment.

• Provide outstanding service to Medibank members.

• Work scheduled shifts from 12:00pm to 8:00pm, Monday through Friday.

• Adhere to a fixed fortnightly roster established for 6 months.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a Registered Nurse (Div 1) qualification with current unrestricted AHPRA registration.

• A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in Australia is required.

• Ability to assess needs and align actions with service provisions.

• Experience utilizing active listening techniques in a customer service setting.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with multiple systems and the capacity to learn new operating systems.

• Capability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

• Availability for shifts from 12:00pm to 8:00pm is essential, Monday to Friday.

• Must be able to adhere to a fixed fortnightly roster; schedules are set for 6 months.

• Access to a private, distraction-free workspace is required.

• A reliable, high-speed internet connection is necessary.

• Previous experience in outbound contact centers or telehealth is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with SharePoint and Genesys is highly desirable.

• A strong passion for customer service, excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and an engaging phone demeanor are essential.

• Comfort in working towards KPIs and targets within a structured environment.

• Declaration of vaccination status and/or evidence may be required based on the role.
