Intake Clinician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Serve as the initial point of contact for employees utilizing the Lyra EAP service through telephone counseling or live chat.

• Deliver all services to which the caller is entitled in a professional and respectful manner, adhering to the standards established with the Clinical Manager.

• Accurately log all relevant information in the database pertaining to the clinical management of the case.

• Follow all clinical protocols and procedures defined by Clinical Management.

• Participate in a rotational night-shift schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

• Adhere to call center conditions and organizational structures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology or Counseling.

• Registration with the MAHPC (Clinical Psychologist) or Lembaga Kaunsellor Malaysia.

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Capability to provide counseling within a short-term framework.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience and a background in the EAP sector.

• Proficient in computer skills and capable of typing quickly.

• Ability to effectively integrate Clinical and Employee Assistance Program focuses.

• Strong client service orientation.

• Clear and articulate communication skills.

• Excellent telephone manner and ability to provide telephonic therapy.

• Solid clinical understanding and risk management abilities.

• Strong time management skills.

• Capability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Ability to perform well under pressure.

• Business and commercial awareness.

• High attention to detail.
